I did this experiment two times, but I still can't see the pick bacteria clearly.

I think there are two reasons:

1） Safranine Solution dyeing time is not enough, the next need to extend to 6-8 minutes.

2) Alcohol decolorization time is too short, every time about 10-15 seconds.

Next time, I will try to improve!
