Test sterile hood

Check the working effect of sterile .

High temperature sterilized Petri dishes and bacterial culture, placed in the sterile hood and test area any place.

Open Petri dish cover, standing for half an hour, then cover the Petri dish lid into the incubator.

The number of bacterial colonies on the Petri dish was observed, and the effect of the sterile was determined by the number of colonies.

The number of colonies in the experimental area was five and three,and the number of bacterial colonies in the sterile hood was zero ,two and a lot of bacterial colonies.

The number of colonies in the sterile hood was less than that in the test area.Sterile hood effect is good.
